Gratitude
listen to the story
I’m grateful for my grief.
I’m grateful for this life.
I’m grateful for every failure I have made.
I’m grateful for every scar I have.
I’m grateful for every failed relationship I lost.
I’m grateful for every relationship I’ve ever had from the grocery clerk to my first love.
I’m grateful for this breath.
I’m grateful every time I owned more of who I am.
I’m grateful for my connection to the other side and realms beyond time.
I’m grateful for my pain.
I’m grateful for my loneliness.
I’m grateful for loving.
I’m grateful for my greatness.
I’m grateful for teacher shame.
I’m grateful for giving things up.
I’m grateful for learning whist crying in my bathtub.
I’m grateful for seeing the beauty of my elders.
I’m grateful for the messes that I have made.
I am grateful for becoming who I already am and in the wholeness of my own being.
I’m grateful for temporarily not knowing where I am going.
I’m grateful for forgiving myself once again to move on.
I’m grateful for being a human.
I’m grateful for my inner critic.
I’m grateful for god.
I’m grateful taking responsibility.
I’m grateful for integration and seeing it all as one big journey of becoming.
I’m grateful for not knowing.
I’m grateful for trusting.
I’m grateful for my ancestors.
I’m grateful for Parallel universes.
I’m grateful for the small worlds.
I’m grateful for speaking my truth.
I’m grateful for my fuck ups.
I’m grateful for remembering my boundaries.
I’m grateful for not bypassing my feelings.
I’m grateful for my anima, animus, inner child, and the self.
I forgive myself for ever trying to fix others including myself.
I set myself free knowing it’s okay to just be.
I’m grateful for my faith and purpose.
Thank you.
Repeat After Me:
I hereby call all parts of myself as lovable and likable. I kiss the forehead of my shadow, insecurities, and shame. I acknowledge that all parts make the whole. I acknowledge every flaw as perfection. I grow grounded in who I am now, not what I was or what I will become. I acknowledge my present, my past, and future. I see now that things can shift overnight with love and reverence. I acknowledge the blessings of my life as much as I acknowledge the sufferings. Everything changes and I welcome it all with dynamic faith in the unknown.
