Life has brought me to my knees over and over again. Grief, rinse and repeat. Every grief moment that happened I never thought I could come out of it, but my wings got stronger because of what they carried. In the trenches I built a stronger home for me. When my foundation was finally complete I could fly free. Through these up-levelling moments, I got stronger. I felt joy wash through my soul and the sun steeped through my skin. Reborn, I felt alive again. In moments where I never thought I could, I found a way to love again. I found a way to laugh again. Whatever phase you may be in right now, the peak or the valley, know that the best is yet to come. I see you. I am so proud of you.

Experiential healing to find your wings

To reach your greatest light you must run alongside your darkness. As you cradle and rock the unwelcome shadow parts of yourself, your capacity to hold pain expands and your power grows. May you move through this time with tenderness. May you be gentle to your Sweet Self. May you trust your worth. May you honour your boundaries. One of my absolute favorite things to do is to offer sessions to you. I am here to be a witness for what is arising in the tides and waves of life. You see, I get it, and I am with you. I too have had to learn the tango of my inner critic to get to where I am. Exactly who and where you are is exactly where you need to be to work with me. I see beyond the veil of living, and I am a messenger from ancestors, guides, loved ones, and masters.
