Sometimes the inner work looks different. You reach one level of your healing and it reveals a hall way of mirrors to the next healing journey and initiation into your power. One turn takes you into a path, that turns into a rollercoaster slide into depths that were uncharted before, because you went through pain, healing and integration. At times when you reclaim your power, and it ripples through your aura as you reach new levels of impenetrable boundaries, insights and intentions. On the outside, the change is not visible on the inside a whole new world has opened up unlocking new skills, new levels courage, and capabilities. Wherever you are on the path of becoming who you have always been. Healing is non-linear and multi-sensory, ancient, and multi-layered. You are whole. I see you, I hear you, I get it, and I am with you. Keep going and congratulations on your transformation both inner and outer no matter how micro or marco. you are enough, you are strong, and you are powerful.

I hereby call all parts of myself as lovable and likable. I kiss the forehead of my shadow, insecurities, and shame. I acknowledge that all parts make the whole. I acknowledge every flaw as perfection. I grow grounded in who I am now, not what I was or what I will become. I acknowledge my present, my past, and future. I see now that things can shift overnight with love and reverence. I acknowledge the blessings of my life as much as I acknowledge the sufferings. Everything changes and I welcome it all with dynamic faith in the unknown.
